This page is the Top Level of all categories. It should contain only other categories, not articles.
All articles in the main namespace (i.e. those about woodworking) should be placed in Category:Contents or one of its sub-categories. Category:Contents then becomes the contents list for the main content of WikiWOOD.
The rest of Top level is reserved for administrative pages such as help, guidelines, templates, communities etc. Most of these will be prefixed WikiWOOD to distinguish them as non-content pages.
